After a long time no hear, Toyota Rush re-emerged as an award recipient. Rush was selected as an SUV with the highest customer satisfaction index in the event the Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award (ICSA) 2012. The Toyota Avanza won another title, for the MPV category.

The award is given by the SWA Sembada and Frontier, which is working with Swanetwork, based on research in six major cities of Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan and Makassar. This stage involved more than 7,500 respondents to the approximately 100 product categories, including automotive therein.
From the results of such research, Toyota gained the highest customer satisfaction index calculated by Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Index is generated by customer satisfaction. Survey of customer satisfaction is assessed with approach-Image Quality-Value-Expectation, and produces a number that is measured in the form of index.
These two became the best-selling model in its segment. During the January-September 2012, Toyota Avanza posted sales of 140,206 units. If the count since its launch in 2004, the total sales of Toyota Avanza has reached 843,071 units.
While Toyota Rush posted sales of 25,734 units during January-September 2012. In year-on-year, sales of Toyota Rush grew significantly by 45.4% compared to the same period in 2011.
Toyota previously won several awards related to customer satisfaction. In 2011 Toyota also won honors in the ICSA for Toyota Avanza, the MPV category. Meanwhile, in 2009, Toyota won the ICSA for the automotive category. In other awards, in 2012, Toyota won the Best Innovation and Improvement of Automotive aftersales Service Award and The Best of Indonesia Service to Care Champion 2012 from Marketeers.
